16. What is factless fact schema? - ETL
- Factless fact is a fact table without measures
- It can view the number of occurring events
Example :
- A number of accidents occurred in a month.
- The no. gives a basic count, and this would not allow for making business intelligence. Hence this is not measurable.
- The accidents count is statistical information, and can not be controlled directly.
