Sr QA Analyst
The QA Senior Analyst II will be responsible for assisting the QA Manager in coordinating testers and monitoring test activities throughout the full software development life cycle, including gathering of requirements, resource allocation, development and implementation of test plans and test cases, bug tracking, integration testing, and regression testing.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Assist in coordinating and monitoring activities of testers
Confers with QA Manager to review requirements and production schedules.
Develop and execute detail oriented test cases based on requirements (and creativity).
Produce Status Reports on projects
Produce detailed daily bug reports/updates
Lead multiple testing projects simultaneously
Assist in testing and deployment of products and features
Perform other activities and duties as requested
Skills:
Must have advanced working knowledge of quality assurance methodologies, Agile/Scrum is highly desired.
Advanced working knowledge of HTML, JavaScript and other scripting languages
Experience with testing tools such as QTP and QC (Mercury), or any related test automation tool
Experience with .Net technologies, including testing of web services
Advanced working knowledge of SQL
Advanced working knowledge of Windows and Unix operating systems
Advanced troubleshooting skills
Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Programming knowledge preferred

Ability to effectively work in a team environment while being self-motivated
Works under general supervision; typically reports to a manager. A certain degree of creativity and latitude is required.
Ability to communicate clearly with technical and non-technical audiences, both verbally and written
Demonstrated ability to quickly produce clearly written, well-organized documentation and communications
Ability to prioritize tasks among many competing requests
Ability to effectively work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
Ability to learn new applications and processes quickly are also necessary for this position
Education / Experience:
Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
6-8 years experience in Quality Assurance or Technical Support with at least 4 years in lead role
