Primary Responsibilities:
? Participate in NPI (New Product Introduction) process :
o collect supply chain specifications, process data from engineering, product
specifications and performance of the analytical test methods for quality
control, both for NPI and update existing products
o assure collection of quality data
o ensure GMP is included in all NPI processes;
? Build and analyze historical quality data (DOE, batch records, process
settings..) to support Continuous Improvement Projects for quality or efficiency
? Notify customers on process changes
? Redaction of supplier approval documentation
Education/Experience:
? Bachelor level degree required, preferably in the area of industrial or
chemical engineering;
? 3+ years of quality experience required;
? Previous experience working within a manufacturing environment;
? Experience with statistical methods with Six Sigma experience highly
preferred;
? Knowledge of GMP/HACCP strongly preferred;
? Proven ability to put together reports and analyze and draw conclusions from
the data;
? Ability to work cross functionally with other teams;
? Excellent verbal and written communications skills both in Dutch and English
