Looking for a highly motivated Quality Assurance Engineer with extensive experience in creating and executing test plans for large enterprise software products. Candidate will be responsible for testing Java based security applications running on Windows, Linux and Solaris.

Responsibilities

* Develop test plans based on requirements and functional specifications * Execute test plans and update test results status to project manager * File defects in bug tracking system * Some experience creating test case automation * Communicate with software development team on issues and bugs * Take on individual or small team projects; set goals, document and implement

Requirements

* Experience in Software Engineer and QA Processes * Strong problem solving, troubleshooting, debugging skills, detail oriented * Excellent written and verbal communication skills * Ability to work well with others * Ability to multi-task and work on several independent projects simultaneously * Basic SQL knowledge and understanding of relational databases * Experience with Windows, Linux and Solaris OS * Scripting knowledge (Perl, etc.) * Basic knowledge of PCs and networks preferred * Security clearance would be bonus
