* Degree in a technical field, quality assurance certification, or equivalent work experience in software development or test management with creating and executing quality assurance test plans, scenarios, cases, and scripts. 5 years

* Experience leading multiple, simultaneous quality assurance efforts, and a track record as a mentor with providing quality assurance leadership in a test lead capacity. 5 years

* Leadership on project teams and interaction with project managers, business and functional analysts, developers and the business community directly related to quality assurance responsibilities and roles. 5 years

* Experience with programming languages and script development preferably C/C++, HTML, XML, Perl, JavaScript, VB Script, .Net, Java, or equivalent. Knowledge of relational databases including Oracle, SQL Server, or equivalent. 3 years

* Knowledge of Oracle applications suite. 3 years

* Demonstrate test management processes and technical skills, including an understanding of automated test execution and performance related tools (preferred qualifications include QualityCenter, QuickTest Pro, LoadRunner, or equivalent). 3 years

* Demonstrate knowledge using version control and defect tracking methods, including a strong understanding of associated tools (preferred qualifications include ITG, Resolution Tracker, or equivalent). 3 years

* Demonstrate project leadership skills, including a strong understanding of project management processes and related tools (PMBOK, PowerPoint, Project, SharePoint, Excel, Visio, or equivalent). 3 years

* Knowledge of application software development life cycle concepts, configuration management, as well as test management methodologies and practices (such as ISO, Six Sigma, ITIL, SCI-CMM, CMII, Lean). 1 year

* Ability to develop applicable test plans, scenarios, cases, and scripts
