Quality Assurance Lead - Insurance, Software Experience

Assist in data collection methodologies and quantification on financial impact of results. Provide technical (quality tool) and statistical expertise to teams as well as one on one support. Facilitate implementation of process control systems and statistical process control charts. Provide process improvement know how, methods and conceptual expertise to all teams across the company. Identify application opportunities for the technical/statistical tools of quality/process improvement. Assist teams in presenting data and conclusions clearly.

REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

· Ability to work effectively in a culturally diverse work group

· BS/BA

· Minimum of 3-5 years experience in a Quality Assurance role, including:

o Process definition, management and monitoring o Release Management o Web experience o Database experience – stored procedures, SQL o Network protocols o XML, XSL o Requirement & defect tracking, reporting

· Proven analytical/technical aptitude evidenced by 5 or more years of successful experience in quantitative role

· Coaching, Mentoring, Teaching skills

· Skill dealing with product managers, engineers and senior management

· Excellent communication, presentation and facilitation skills

· Teamwork/collaborative style

· Demonstrated Project Management skills of group projects.

· Problem solving skills evidenced by demonstrated results in past positions

· Ability to work under tight deadlines and handle multiple/detail-oriented tasks.

· Ability to influence at all levels of the organization
