Ø Seasoned quality management experience in a complex systems environment.
Ø Demonstrated ability to develop and establish departmental standards and procedures and enact change.
Ø Proven ability to build teamwork to increase productivity.
Ø Skilled at working with mission-critical information and system applications.
Ø Knowledge of system design concepts, software development processes, and software testing tools and processes.
Ø Ability to lead SDLC practices and methodologies.

· General Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

Education, Training, and Experience:
Ø Bachelor degree in related field or equivalent experience, graduate degree preferred.
Ø Ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience managing both people and projects and have at least 7 years of systems quality assurance or business systems analysis experience of an increasingly complex nature.
