Data Quality Assurance Engineer

Responsibilities:

* Perform integrity checks on data pushes * Perform regression testing on maintenance releases * Perform white box testing on database stored procedures * Work with analytics team to measure actual platform behavior vs. expected behavior * Work with developers and other technical groups to reproduce errors, identify issues, and resolve problems * Enter, track and update defects using defect tracking software * Developing and maintaining test tools and suites used for automation testing * Document and present test results to improve test adequacy and effectiveness

Requirements:

· 3+ years experience with testing and certifying the release of large data sets (multiple terabytes)

· Strong knowledge of SQL – run queries, read stored procedures and troubleshoot problems

· Strong analytical skills; comfort with data/analytics tools and applications

· Strong verbal and written communication skills

* Insatiable curiosity, creative, and strong problem-solving skills * Experience designing, writing, documenting, and maintaining test scripts using a framework * Experience with click stream data and data warehouses desired * Development and implementation of automated test scripts like QTP desired
