Senior QA Engineer

The Senior QA Engineer will be responsible for taking a lead role in the Enterprise project. Will be responsible for writing and executing manual tests of software. Will develop test cases and possibly test scripts in conjunction with the software development groups to validate and verify application functionality and performance. Test cases will be derived from functional specifications and customer requirements.

Requirements:

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills. * Minimum of 7 years of experience in Quality Assurance and software testing. * Strong comprehensive knowledge of software testing process, methodology and best practices. * Ability to generate test documentation (i.e. test cases, test plans, test reports, etc). * Testing experience with applications using SQL Server experience testing. * Working knowledge of the Windows 2003 operating system and Windows XP and Vista operating systems. * Basic knowledge of Wireless Broadband technology (i.e. WiFi and VoIP). * Basic understanding of 3G cellular technology. * Excellent communications and people skills. * Experience with the APTest Manager or Test Director test case management software. * Any Microsoft certifications such as MCSE/2003 or MCSA a definite plus. * Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering
