Sr. Quality Engineer

Key Responsibilities

* Acting as a mentor, supervises less experienced colleagues, taking responsibility for the overall technical quality of their work * Designs, performs and reports results of tests * Conducts tests of the software by using supplied test procedures and diagnostic tools * Carries out fault diagnosis relating to moderately complex problems, reporting the results of such diagnosis in a clear and concise manner * Produces reports as required by management and clients * Identifies and documents specific enhancements to the software * Exploring a topic which is not part of own normal responsibilities, and presenting findings to colleagues * Delivers Training

Profile

* Masters degree in IT in the European LMD scale (or equivalent work experience) * Minimum 4 years of experience in Software testing * You are self motivated, you take initiative and you are innovative * You are a good communicator and like to work in a team

Key Skills

* Operating system: Unix, Linux, Windows * Programming language: Java, scripts (perl, python, …) * Development methodology: Object programming, optimization … * Proficient in Developing test campaigns for products * Proficient in Development and build tools (makefile, Maven, Eclipse…) * Familiarity with Project and Quality management * Proficient in Document writing and structuring * You have customer service skills * You are Fluent or native in English

Nice to Have

* Language ( Flex, C/C++ … ) * Code porting * Security Concepts (PKI, Certificates, SSL, S/Mime) * XML technology * Network and Internet Standards (TCP/IP, FTP, SMTP, HTTP, SFTP) * EDI Knowledge and/or EAI/B2B products
