Software QA Engineer - System Test

Primary Responsibilities

End-to-end system test (hardware/software)

Work with developers to analyze bugs

Writing/Executing test cases for System software

Minimum Job Qualifications

4+ years of QA specifically in System Software Testing

Solid coding skills in shell (bash) and perl/python

Extensive trouble shooting experience in the areas of OS (Linux or any flavor of UNIX) and networking

Experienced in system software testing of at least one UNIX platform

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Self driven and ability to work with minimal supervision

BS or equivalent in Computer science

Preferred Experience

Experience in writing test cases in C

System call test experience in Linux (and/or any UNIX)
