Test Engineer
Job Duties & Responsibilities
* Documenting qualification tests and writing production test
procedures.
* Design, test, and troubleshoot products, prototypes & boards.
* Assist in creating, building test fixtures, and test setups.
* Analyze data and prepare test reports, trouble shoot
electro-mechanical systems, and occasional traveling may be required.
Required Qualifications & Background
* B.S. Electrical / Mechanical Engineering with 5 years experience.
* Extensive experience developing test procedures and systems.
* Extensive experience using test equipment.
* Ability to manage test engineers and technicians.
* General knowledge of digital, analog, and power circuits.
* General programming skills in C and Assembly language.
* Working knowledge of PC machines.
* Familiarity with LabView and/or LabWindows.
* Familiarity with Microprocessors (Motorola, Intel, etc.).
* Knowledge of test standards: UL, ISO 9000, etc., is a plus.
* Knowledge about electromagnetic interference testing is a
plus.
