Software Quality Assurance Developer
Key Responsibilities:
* Design and implement a test automation framework utilizing Ruby.
* Train the SQA team to write tests using your framework
* Mentor other team members on Ruby.
* Collaborate with SQA team to ensure that the test framework meets their needs
* Write tests within your framework that exercises the device under test
Qualifications:
* 5+ years hands-on Ruby development
* 2+ years developing test automation tools
* Building automation frameworks
* Experience working with Linux, embedded Linux a plus
* Ability to read/comprehend C code is a plus
* Proficiency with writing test cases
* Passion for software quality and positive customer experience
* Basic understanding of TCP/IP networking
* Linux administration skills
* Familiarity with SVN a plus
* Familiarity with build process a plus, especially Hudson.
