Principal SW/Test Automation Engineer

Responsibilities · QA /Development Engineer with strong Automation skills

· Expert level Test Automation support experience.

· Expert knowledge of 1 or more of the following: Java, C/C++, Perl, Python or other scripting languages

· Non-Technical Skills: Must have a positive attitude with an ability to learn quickly, be flexible and work well in a team environment. Must be able to work independently and interact with both development and QA engineers.

Skills:

· Software Programming experience is required.

· Familiarity with Windows and UNIX.

· Direct experience in software development in any of the following languages: C, C++, C#, Java, Perl, Python, or shell scripting

· Strong understanding of the software product lifecycle with an emphasis on Quality Assurance · Experience in testing methodologies and theory, test plan development, test case design, test case execution, and writing software design specifications would be a plus.

Years of Experience and Educational requirements · BS in Computer Science or related discipline, or equivalent.

· 8+ years Software QA experience.
