Quality Assurance Analyst

Essential Responsibilities Own quality assurance implementation at the LaPorte plant. Maintain facility certifications Generate documented procedures related to the quality system and allied processes. Ensure regulatory compliance of Regina operations with respect to the applicable AAR and Transport Canada codes Deliver and manage technical training of the workforce Manage and procure measurement and test equipment Contribute to process improvements Provide troubleshooting expertise for process problems Provide technical advice and rulings on railcar repair issues Other duties as assigned by manager.

Qualifications/Requirements BS in Engineering, technical diploma or equivalent experienceDemonstrated track record of accomplishment and business Values, including Accountability, Passion for Excellence, Speed, Energy, Six Sigma tools for business ability to effectively integrate with various operationsAbility to provide coaching for improved performance ability to effectively manage multiple projects interpersonal, facilitation, organizational, and communication skills Strong analytical and problem solving skill Additional Eligibility
