Senior Software QA Engineer

Job Requirements:

* 8+ years QA experience

* Strong conceptual, analytic and problem solving skills; ability to take initiative and creatively solve problems without supervision

* Self-directed, highly dependable and adaptable to independent and team assignments

* Strong communication skills with a proven ability to interact with technical, business and customer service groups

* A comprehensive understanding of the software quality assurance process, and experience developing quality assurance standards

* Must have great analytical and troubleshooting skills as well as thrive in a demanding and dynamic work environment.

* Attention to detail and thoroughness, and an investigative drive to discover the underlying causes of technical problems

* Experience with the relational database model and writing SQL statements

* BS degree in computer sciences, software design, engineering, information systems, related field or comparable experience
