Campaign QA Technical Analyst
RESPONSIBILITIES
Direct all quality assurance for assigned clinical programs, providing task schedules and status updates. Utilize IT skills to improve QA processes for campaign development.
Identify and implement system changes to drive continuous improvement. Design and collect metrics for new & existing systems and processes and provide automated reporting.
Provide documentation for all program-specific activities.
Provide technical support to the manager and team members regarding departmental projects as needed.
Serve as liaison with IT teams on new and existing application enhancements. Perform system research and problem resolution.
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor¿s degree in Business Administration, MIS, or related field.
3-5 years of experience in business analysis, process development, and system testing preferred
Experience with system development and system lifecycles
PBM or healthcare experience, including knowledge of PBM products and services helpful
Thorough working knowledge of PCs, Internet and MS Office Suite + Visio.
Must be able to query various databases.
Experience with IBM mainframe (TSP, ISPF/SDSF, SQL ¿ DB2 preferred, JCL, and Sync-Sort).
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Advanced problem solving skills and understanding of data and systems
Ability to coordinate projects, manage timelines, and work collaboratively with other departments
Extremely detail oriented
