Software Test Engineer

The candidate's primary responsibility is the test and validation of system functionality. This includes developing test plans, executing against them and working with developers to identify and implement improvements. Testing includes executing manual tests and generating automated tests for a web based application. Applicant should have familiarity with UNIX/Linux, Perl, Perl, Ruby, Apache, MySQL.

Previous experience should include Quality Assurance and deployment of commercial systems. A Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent work experience is desired. Proven record of high academic performance.
