Software Quality Assurance Engineer

Required skills:

* Some prior experience providing tech support to customers, friends and family, etc. * Ability to create project plans, manage to-do lists, and follow-up with team members * Extremely strong writing skills and ability to catch spelling, and gramatical errors * Good knowledge of web browsers and web-based applications (e.g. Internet Explorer, Firefox, Safari) * Knowledge of networks, routers, etc. * 2 or 4-year college degree * Sense of humor. (Yes, it's required.)

Other skills we'd like to see (but not required):

* Familiarity with using Linux as your desktop computer - we don't use Windows or Mac here, so you'll have to learn to love it! * Experience using case-tracking and bug-tracking software like Salesforce.com or Bugzilla * Knowledge of basic HTML and web design * Experience working with audiovisual equipment (e.g. plasma and LCD displays), kiosks or point-of-sale hardware
