We seek a QA lead engineer with plenty of hands on experience testing carrier grade SIP products. The individual should be a SIP protocol expert with versatile skills to lead quality assurance effort on a high end SIP product. If you are passionate about technology, committed to impeccable product quality, obsessed with a structured procedure to deliver high quality products on time, this is a perfect opportunity.

Our QA team is responsible for ramping up on new products, integration, test plan development, manual testing, automation and interfacing with Support. The candidate should be motivated to be part of a small aggressive team delivering a new product to an emerging market.

Location: Redwood City, CA

Requirements:

* Expert knowledge of SIP, TCP/IP and Call Routing * An affinity for finding faults in the system * Experience developing test plans, test scenarios and schedules for all testing and QA activities * Test/Performance Status Reporting on releases * Knowledge of carrier VoIP networks and deployments * Experience setting up test lab, planning test equipment and resources * Familiarity with call generator tools such as Sipp, INET Spectra2, Prolab * Experience in test automation * Skilled in some scripting language (Perl, Python, Java)

Desirable:

* Knowledge of DNS/ENUM * Knowledge of VoIP concepts * Familiarity with session border controllers * Understanding of carrier routing and routing table structure
