QA Analyst

We are looking for a well-rounded and dynamic software professional to work on creating infrastructure and procedures for ETM Performance and Scalability benchmarking.

This individual will be presented with unique opportunity to have a critical impact on how ETM benchmarking will be conducted.

This position is based in downtown San Francisco, just few steps from Montgomery St. BART and MUNI stations. Brief Description Person hired into this position will be responsible for planning, executing and documenting ETM Performance and Scalability benchmarks Detailed Description

As a member of the technical/process QA division, you will design functional, integration and regression test plans, build and execute manual and automated tests and perform highly complex analysis for multiple products. Set cross-functional product testing standards. Analyze, evaluate and plan methods of approach and organize means to achieve solutions to complex problems.

· Work with Product Management, Architects and Dev Leads to define ETM performance benchmarks

· Work with Management, Release and Technical Services on building and maintaining infrastructure for performance benchmarking

· Contribute Performance and Scalability sections to QA Strategy (master test plan) document

· Provide work estimates for developing and executing Performance and Scalability test plans and other relevant QA tasks

· Develop Performance and Scalability test plans

· Execute Performance and Scalability test suites and document results

· Verify bug fixes

· Publish Performance and Scalability benchmarking results

· Contribute benchmarking results to ETM White Papers

· Actively participate in implementation of best QA practices within ETM QA organization
