Application Consultants / Performance Engineer

Description Work with Test Analyst across the organization to develop automated performance (load) scripts. Develop new automation on several projects simultaneously often using various addins and working with several automation tools. Provide expertise to evaluate new technologies for feasibility of test automation. Work closely with others on the Performance team to maximize knowledge sharing and best practices. Work within the established testing standards and automation framework. Review and update existing testing procedures and practices.

Qualifications Basic Qualifications - Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience - 10 or more years of experience in project management, and computer technology applications and analysis

Preferred Skills/Experience Candidate has a development as well as structured testing background. This includes exposure to functional and integration testing, in addition to working with software development tools and languages. Experience with testing tools: TestDirector, LoadRunner, WinRunner/QTP. Prior banking industry is a plus as is exposure to working with financial applications. Strong technical or background. Excellent planning, organizational interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills. Must be a team player and able to work closely with developers and testers. Ability to work independently and manage ones own workload is a must. Programming experience with C/C++, Visual Basic as well as exposure to other 3rd and 4th generation languages.
