Senior QA Analyst

Responsible for hands-on application testing and supervised management of QM project activities. As a supervised QA lead this person will work with management on the development, maintenance, and execution of test plans and other QA project deliverables. Additional responsibilities include:

* Review business requirements and tech specifications documents * Create/update manual test plans * Develop automated test scripts * Document required test data * Execute manual and automated test cases * Report issues and validate resolution of issues * Communicate progress and status of testing

Qualifications

* Minimum Education: B.S. Computer Science * Understanding of computer applications and software capabilities * Ability to functionally decompose applications and analyze problems * Ability to multi-task, shift gears quickly, work independently and collaboratively, adapt easily to shifting priorities, process changes, and schedule changes * Excellent verbal and written communications; ability to explain system issues clearly and concisely and establish effective working relationships * Strong understanding of QA methodologies, verification and validation processes * Experience with test automation or development strongly preferred * Experience with AS400 or J2EE technologies preferred
