Software Test Engineer

Job Description

Looking for Tester to join our team. The selected candidate will perform test engineering that supports and executes development and operational systems in our Quantico, VA location. The engineer will be developing and implementing test procedures and providing preliminary test result analyses; establishing test environment which conducts formal and informal testing; developing test plans, procedures, test cases and integration test scripts. The selected engineer will analyze test results, verify compliance with requirements and specifications, and prepare/deliver test reports. In addition, you will work with configuration management to ensure adequate testing of software releases and work with Systems and Software Engineers to develop test procedures that exercise all specifications. Required Skills

The selected Systems Test Engineer must have a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related technical discipline, with 2 to 7 years of related experience; a minimum of two years Systems and Test engineering for software systems and applications; experience with Test Director 8.2 and QuickTest 8.2. In addition, the engineer must have strong technical documentation skills and have a full understanding of configuration management processes.
