QA Toolkit Tester

Seeking a QA Engineer with C# skills for an FTE opportunity with a company set to design the next generation of mobile wireless devices.

Key Responsibilities

* Determine testing efforts from project requirements

* Apply software testing methodology in developing, maintaining and reviewing test plans, test strategies, and test cases while performing all testing activities to ensure maximum coverage.

* Ensure applications work as designed and meet all requirement specifications

* Write, debug, and maintain test automation using C# and perhaps C++

* Ensure that bugs are properly identified, tracked, documented, fixed, and verified

* Interact closely with other members of the test team as well as the program managers

Qualifications

* A BA/BS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent.

* 3 or more years of experience in software test development.

* An in depth understanding of Software Quality Assurance methodologies such as test planning, test requirements, development of test scripts and test cases, risk assessment, test execution, defect management and reporting.

* Have solid C# skills.

* Have solid debugging and troubleshooting skills.

* Ability to analyze and interpret requirement specifications.

* Thorough knowledge of the software development life cycle

* Ability to work efficiently and with minimal supervision

* Ability to focus on priorities, solve complex problems, and meet deadlines

* Excellent oral and written communication skills

* Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
