Test Engineer

Responsibilities:

Analyze, design, code and implement fixtures and software for automated testing of circuit cards and system test

Work with design engineering on design for testability

Work with design engineering on developing test plans

Work with production personnel to implement tests into the production area

Work with test technicians to build test fixtures and equipment

Work with production personnel on rejects and day to day issues

Create and maintain documentation (i.e. test plans, test procedures, routings, time standards)

Support quality efforts

Qualifications:

5+ years experience as a test engineer in an electronic environment

Must be able to analyze digital and analog circuitry

Must be able to design with digital and analog components

Must be familiar with LabView

Must be familiar with Windows NT environment

Must be familiar with automated functional test equipment

Must have a BS degree in electrical engineering, computer science or electrical engineering technology

Must be able to communicate well both orally and in writing
