IT Quality Analyst Lead

• Responsible for the design and implementation of policies and procedures to ensure that quality standards are met during production.

• Oversees testing of processes and products. Job Qualifications EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

• 6-8 years of experience Testing.

• At least 2-3 years in the area of performance engineering/load testing exclusively.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

• Hands on experience on automation testing tools (Commercial and open source tools).

• Ability to prepare test cases and test data for manual test cases.

• Experience in all areas of test engineering.

• Strong investigative and profiling skills.

• Experience in setting up QA teams from scratch.

• Good written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills.

• Highly self motivated and directed.

• Keen attention to detail.

• Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Ability to provide leadership in designing effective technical solutions in the test automation field.

• Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.

• Experience working both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.

• Ability to work with offshore team.

• Technology – Knowledge in Microsoft Technologies and RDBMS will be a plus.
