Job Description Software Engineer – Testing 1.1 ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• We are looking for an experienced and motivated professional who will play a key role in or-ganization building and will be working directly with Team Lead. This person should have: • Working knowledge and understanding of the following concepts; Software Development Life-cycle, Software Quality Assurance. • Well versed with testing documentation including bug reports, testing status reports, • Well versed with writing test plan, test scripts and updates test strategy for each release. • Well versed with managing bugs in Bugzilla. • Knows how to evaluate and propose testing automation tools. • Knows how to evaluate, propose and implement test automation.

1.2 DESIRED PROFILE

Education: • B.Tech/MCA/B.E/M.Tech/MS. - Computers • Experience : 3 years plus • Knowledge and understanding of the following applications is a plus; Stellent Content Server and IBM Web server. • Test automation experience a plus • Commitment to excellence and high standards. • Excellent written and communication skills. • Strong organizational, problem solving and analytical skills. • Ability to manage priorities. • Versatility, flexibility, responsibility and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities, with enthusiasm.
