Software Quality Assurance Program Lead

This individual will have the responsibility to develop and implement a uniform testing program that encompasses multiple strategic projects, as well as ongoing maintenance activities. He/She will lead and direct multiple program and project test teams to ensure testing and quality assurance practices are either adapted or created to support a transformation of company’s application portfolio to an n-tier architecture. Creates a comprehensive test plan on large programs/projects. Interacts with other business and technical teams to define, document, analyze, perform, and interpret tests for products, systems, components, or modifications. Identifies functional problems and suggests resolutions. Analyzes test cases and provides regular progress reports. Relies on experience and judgment to plan

and accomplish goals. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is required.

QUALIFICATIONS

· B.A or B.S or equivalent technical certification.

· 3-5 years of testing lifecycle experience including both distributed and mainframe environments, encompassing both functional and non-functional testing.
