Sr. SQA Engineer

The successful candidate for this opening will focus their talents on developing tools and test applications to validate the API and Web Service interfaces for AIR products. Outstanding leadership ability is required for this role which involves managing complex projects and working very closely with the entire development team. Main responsibilities include, but are not limited to: • Provide leadership in the area of API and Web Service testing activities. • Build and maintain test tools and test applications to perform functional and load testing. • Follow the entire testing process including: gathering requirements, creating test plans, generating test cases and scripts, executing tests, managing issues, and reporting results. • Participate in continuous improvement of process and procedures.

Knowledge, skills and abilities: • Experienced in designing test tools and test applications. • Proficient with object-oriented programming for Microsoft platforms. • Experienced with at least two of the following technologies: VB, C#, C++, XML, SQL, and JAVA. • Excellent verbal and written communications skills. • Strong attention to detail and a creative thinker. • Self-motivated and intellectually curious. • Relentless in the pursuit of quality with unyielding integrity. Requirements:

• 5 - 7 year(s) experience • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related discipline.
