Sr. QA Engineer
Skills and Experiences
o Interact with the product management and development leads to align QA responsibilities with business goals
o Coordinate activities with other engineering project stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of services
o Develop short/long-term strategies and roadmaps and mange their implementation
o Ability to adapt and thrive to changing requirements, deadlines and priorities
o Ability to be creative, efficient and productive with minimal supervision or guidance
o Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills
o In dept knowledge of QA test methodologies and strategies
o Application and demonstration of systematic approaches for identifying and rendering feature rich, complex test cases
o Demonstrates competence and self-motivation in analyzing problems and performing root cause analysis
o Experience in rendering and reviewing metrics for assessing readiness of product release
o Performance monitoring and analysis
o Proven ability to grasp quickly and keep current on new technologies and understand business needs
o Able to identify and co-implement quality campaigns within the Development community
o Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
o Experience and ability to quickly build rapport and to communicate technically and efficiently with team members and project owners.
o Ability to adjust and respond to scheduling and/or technical changes, with the ability to
analyze and communicate any increased risks and/or testing considerations.
Desired Experience
o 4+ Year Computer Science Degree or relative experience
o 5+ years experience in software testing of web, e-commerce and /or enterprise software
Applications required.
o 3+ years experience working with SQL Server preferred
o 2+ years in a hands-on lead role
o Experience executing/maintaining automated test tools/scripts
o Experience testing for reliability, performance and scalability a plus
o Scripting Experience a plus
o White box testing experience a plus
o Experience working in test-driven development model a plus
o Code Coverage Analysis skills a plus

* Strong organizational, problem solving and analytical skills
* Strong interpersonal skills; comfortable dealing with a wide span of people from executive
management to developers.
* Excellent communication skills (verbal and written), ability to present complex technical
