Software Test Engineer

These positions will be working in a constantly changing, team-oriented environment. Applications under test are primarily client/server and web-based applications in a Microsoft Windows (AD) environment.

The successful candidate will have the following attributes: - A detail-oriented mindset - Ability to think "outside the box" - A strong desire to find and solve problems - Excellent writing ability and an understanding of Microsoft Office tools - Ability to review and evaluate requirements and user documentation - Bachelors degree in a technical field - Ability to maintain a government Secret clearance

Additional attributes (desired, but not required) include: - An understanding of SQL and/or TOAD - Knowledge of the IBM-Rational Software Suite (Requisite Pro, ClearQuest, Test Manager)
