Quality Assurance Analyst Assists in the preparation and execution of Quality Assurance (QA) testing of new or modified applications/systems across multiple computing environments (e.g., host based, distributed systems, client server). Participates in the analysis and development of new or revised QA procedures and processes. Reports directly to Quality Team Manager (Team Leader).

Analyzes systems requirements. Develops test plans and test scripts. Participates in and/or conducts QA Reviews. Performs testing activities based upon test plans and scripts. Identifies and documents software and systems defects. Supports product migration through all systems environments.

Requires a general knowledge of QA testing, change management and test case generation techniques. Good analytical ability, judgment, consultative skills. Strong communication skills. Ability to work effectively with clients and IT management and staffs. Knowledge of securities industry and / or related financial services experience. Knowledge of the firm and key functions. Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills. Ability to effectively prioritize and multi-task in a high ¿ pressure, high volume environment. Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications and/ or PC proficiency in Windows-based programs.
