Software Quality Assurance Engineer

Responsibilities include: ' Development of test methods and tools to validate product requirements ' Test case management (including test script creation, conditioning, and traceability to requirements) ' Functional and Regression testing (possibly Performance and Load testing in the future) ' Perform several forms of testing (grey box, white box, automated, etc.) ' Maintain libraries of test conditions, cases, scripts and results ' Implement and improve test automation

Qualified candidates must meet the following criteria: ' 4+ years web application testing experience ' Experience with at least one defect management tool and one test automation tool (i.e. HP Quality Center, Starteam, Bugzilla, Quick Test Pro, etc.) ' Solid test scripting skills ' Experience with and good understanding of full software development process/lifecycle ' Excellent analytical and problem solving skills ' Good verbal and written communication skills

Desired skills: ' BA/BS in Computer Science or related field ' Experience with ASP.NET, HTML, JavaScript, C#, and/or SQL
