As a Senior QA Analyst, you will perform and apply appropriate QA testing to assigned software, document results, and confer with the software development team on resolving issues and questions that may arise through testing.

Additional responsibilities include:

* Independently participates on company projects and completes all QA tasks. * Develops and implements changes to current QA process. * Test software on Stratus, weblogic, Oracle, Unix, Actuate Reporting, Powermart, Control M. * Define testing scope of projects and estimated effort required. * Create and document all test plans, test cases and conditions. * Track and report problems discovered in software testing; verify software (bug) fixes. * Supports other divisional staff as they perform QA Testing. * Trains new or junior level QA team members.

Qualifications

* 2+ years of QA experience on a large data migration project * Well versed in data warehousing and relational database concepts, technologies and tools, preferably Informatica and Oracle. * Knowledge of UNIX, SQL, OLTP applications, shell scripting, Stratus/Vos, Vantive, Test Director, Winrunner. * Knowledge of Agile/Sprint software development methodologies * Knowledge of any Bug reporting software. * Skilled in problem solving and analytical reasoning. * Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
