MAJOR JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Develop process, methodology and tools to support integration, regression and performance testing cycles
· Integration Testing: Architect and administer Quality Center to support test creation, test execution, issue management, and reporting
· Integration Testing: Train process team and business users on Quality Center usage and procedures
· Integration Testing: Manage all aspects of the integration testing cycles
· Regression Testing: Architect and administer Quality Center to support test creation, test execution, issue management, and reporting during the monthly cycles
· Regression Testing: Scope out and develop test cases (including data requirements)
· Regression Testing: Automate test cases using QuickTest Professional
· Regression Testing: Manage and execute monthly cycles utilizing the process teams and business users for validation
· Performance Testing: Scope, develop, and execute performance testing cycles using LoadRunner
· Performance Testing: Work closely with the process and basis teams to monitor and optimize performance
· Architect and administer Quality Center to support the Scope Change Request process
· Manage the tool environments to support future space requirements, hardware requirements, operating system upgrades, database upgrades, and software upgrades
· Provide strategic direction for IT Governance as it relates to Tools, Methodology and Testing. Architect the Training Strategy for process team and business users on Quality Center usage and procedures
· Architect Quality Center to support test creation, test execution, issue management, and reporting
· Implement the strategy for Regression Testing to integrate and scope test execution, issue management, and reporting during the monthly cycles with the business.
· Implement a strategy and execution of the automation of Testing using QuickTest Professional
· Scope, develop, and execute Performance Testing cycles using LoadRunner
· Work closely with the process and basis teams to Performance Testing monitor and optimize performance
· Influence positive changes to operational business processes by developing workable solutions aligned with business objectives and SAP standard functionality
Qualifications

Required Skills:
· Proven Experience as a Quality Assurance Manager for 4+ years more then 1 major SAP Global implementation in a medium or larger business setting is required
· In depth knowledge of ECC, APO, BW, SRM, XI and other SAP Products.
· In depth knowledge of Quality Center, Load Runner, SiteScope and Quick Test Professional.
· Experience with implementation of enterprise wide Quality Assurance solutions
· Experience with SAP NetWeaver technology and related SAP Applications (ECC, BW, EBP, APO, XI, etc.) is preferred.
· Experience with Enterprise Portal technology and related SAP Applications (ECC, BW, EBP, APO, XI, etc.) is preferred.
· Ability to provide business acumen to all levels of planning
· Ability to assess financial impact and budgetary planning for hardware, software and labor
· Strong negotiation and communication skills
· Ability to establish and nurture relationships with multiple departments and personalities
· Ability to manage a team deliverables in various capacities in meeting project deliverables and deadlines.
Education and Certifications:
Bachelor’s Degree or Preferred Related ExperiencePreferred Qualifications:
