Senior Test Engineer
Required Skills and Knowledge:
· Army Material Acquisition Test processes and documentation, especially:
- Developmental Test & Evaluation (DT&E)
- Operational T&E (OT&E)
- Special T&E Events: Initial and Final OT&E (IOT&E and FOT&E)
- Measures of Performance, Effectiveness and Suitability (MOP, MOE and MOS)
- Interoperability Testing
· Knowledge of policies/regulations for, and experience with creation and modification of Test & Evaluation Master Plans (TEMP)
· Understanding of Critical Operational Issues and Criteria (COICs) and Critical Technical Parameters (CTPs)
· SECRET clearance required
· Job requires up to 40% travel
· Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
(presentations) required to interface with multiple test agencies, Signal Center and TRADOC
· Knowledge of Mounted battle Command on the Move (MBCOTM) system architecture desired
