Software Qualtiy Assurance Engineer

This position will require:

- Knowledge of the Java programming language and some C/C++ experience for native interfacing - The ability to execute according to the company practices and standards, create high-quality work products by exhibiting integrity and dedication while working, communicating and coordinating effectively with other engineers on the U-2 team.

Responsibilities:

- Investigate errors and defects, and document system automation source code - Work with other software engineers to implement automation suites. - Must have applied state-of-the-art engineering skills, and competencies. - Languages: Java/C/C++ required; TCL/TK, XML, OpenGL optional - Operating Systems: Windows/UNIX - Domain Knowledge: GUI design, object-oriented design, software life-cycle development - Software processes and Standards: ISO, ANSI, IEEE, SEI CMMI desired- Software tools: Familiarity with Eclipse, ClearCase or CVS, bug tracking tools - Strong personal discipline, verbal and written communication, documentation
