Software Quality Assurance Analyst/Tester
Responsibilities include:
* Supporting clients in the use of proprietary software applications
*
End-to-end testing to ensure reliability and availability of software application
*
Develop, document, communicate and implement the Quality Assurance process
*
Ensure that defined QA processes and procedures are followed
*
Define test objectives, write test scenarios, execute tests and document results
*
Perform application integration testing on new and updated versions of CustomCall software products
*
Perform testing on customized client integrations of 3rd party software, validation of data migrations and application upgrades
*
Report status and critical issues on assigned projects
*
Reproduce client issues and assist development in duplicating errors
*
Implement and follow defined software quality processes and procedures
*
Produce end-user documentation and training materials as needed
*
Participate in design sessions and provide design feedback to developers
*
Participate in software standards definition
Requirements include:
*
Detailed understanding of the software development process
*
Good application knowledge and user awareness -- understand how clients will use the product
*
Good written and verbal communications sills
*
experience testing web based application
*
Must be flexible and able to multi-task, while responding to the changing business environment and demands
*
Must be a team player with a positive attitude
*
Strong analytical skills are a must
*
Must be organized and work with minimal supervision
*
Working knowledge of relational databases (SQL Server) required
*
Hands-on experience with SQL (writing basic queries for data validation) required
*
Able to influence and suggest process and technology improvements at all levels of the organization
