QA Systems Engineer

EDUCATION

BS/BA in business operations management, engineering or Life Sciences related field

EXPERIENCE

Eight - ten years experience in a Quality Systems environment

Minimum of five years of medical device quality systems and documentation experience

Eight - ten years of people management and product management

Knowledge of QSR, ISO9000,13485, and 32 CFR part 11 requirements

Knowledgeable in computer hardware and software, word processing, graphics, database and imaging technologies desired

Minimum of 2-4 years experience utilizing six sigma, lean, TQM or other quality techniques

Minimum 5 years operating in a global environment

SKILLS

Proven strong leadership skills, including influencing skills and team development skills

Proven written communication and technical writing skills

Strong verbal communication, project management and organization skills

Customer service oriented

Demonstrated proficiency with an electronic documentation control systems.

Proficiency in 2 or more of six sigma, lean, TQM, systems analysis or other quality optimization/systems techniques

Configuration management expertise a plus
