Senior Quality Assurance Analyst



Your responsibilities will include the following:

* Planning, preparing and executing all manual and automated testing activities for application and systems releases * Executing quality assurance deliverables against target applications and systems * Designing, implementing and documenting quality assurance deliverables for both manual and automated testing activities * Facilitating quality assurance deliverable reviews internally with IS QA team resources and externally with other project groups * Providing regular defect tracking and reporting to project leaders * Applying quality assurance and quality control policies, procedures and best practices to projects

Requirements

* Degree in computer science, engineering or related discipline * At least six years’ demonstrated experience testing large-scale, third-party applications * At least two years’ experience testing CRM and ERP systems * At least two years’ experience leading QA teams on large projects * Hands-on experience with ad hoc query programs and reporting software * Strong understanding of, and hands-on experience with, quality assurance and quality control processes and methodologies * Knowledge of business workflow modeling techniques, use cases and software development life cycle best practices * Strong teamwork, communication and interpersonal skills * Experience performing Web testing, and testing on UNIX® and Microsoft® Windows® operating systems * Ability to express complex technical concepts in business terms
