Test Engineer

Description: Looking for a Test Engineer to join our Manufacturing team as a key contributor in taking our proven technology to the commercial market. This position will report to the Manufacturing Engineering and Testing Team Lead. The position will primarily be responsible for the testing and validation process for fuel cells, stacks, and systems, as well as developing testing protocols and processes to lead the centralization of all existing testing activity into one overall area.

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. 3+ years of hands on testing experience in a product manufacturing environment. Proven success with developing & executing product testing protocols including method, data analysis & communications, & data management. Experience with managing projects using proven project management tools & involving engineers and technicians. Experience with a variety of control systems & decision making on which system to use for various testing configurations.
