Quality Lead

Functional Knowledge: Specialized and in-depth comprehensive knowledge and experience in a particular field, or business area. Duties are varied and complex often involving research, analysis and solution development and project management. Specific knowledge and training in software applications. Leadership: Leadership responsibilities in cross functional teams related to quality, R&D and operations. Provides direction on issues in area of expertise and assists department leadership in setting strategic direction. Problem Solving: Analytical thought needed to resolve issues in a variety of complex situations. Requires the regular use of originality and ingenuity. Interpersonal skills: Consensus and team building skills, including communication at higher organization levels
