Quality Assurance Project Manager
Requirements Able to plan and manage day-to-day schedule of tasks and activities Demonstrates very strong attention to detail Has excellent written and verbal communication skills; clear and assertive communication style Shows strong critical thinking skills Promotes team oriented interactions Able to work collaboratively with various departments to identify and implement solutions to address quality/compliance issues Creative in approach to meeting requirements with technical input
Essential Duties and Responsibilities Coordinate cross-functional activities (hardware, software, marketing, manufacturing, etc.) to achieve compliance with all appropriate regulatory requirements Manage the work breakdown structure and Gantt chart for project responsibilities and activities Define all required tasks associated with regulatory compliance Hold regular project meetings and report to management status and milestones Supervise one QA Engineer and external Consultants Coordinate with Document Control personnel for assembly of Technical File Work with teams to perform and document the Risk Management activities Work with regulatory affairs Consultant(s) to clarify requirements, as necessary Exhibit professional demeanor with technical and QA staff to obtain necessary information to support documentation
Minimum Education and Experience Requirements Bachelors degree required, majors in Science or Engineering disciplines preferred Eight years as a QA professional required.
