Senior QA Program Manager

Act as subject matter expert for all issues and applications for a focused set of quality system components or activities. Quality system component areas include strategic leadership and involvement; product quality management, process quality management, supplier quality management, service quality management, and customer satisfaction.

Work under the direction and support of the Quality Office with other quality specialists in the US and India locations to translate the needs of the organization into tactical approaches and actionable tasks.

Conduct internal audits, quality training, and make recommendations and develop action plans for continuous quality improvement. Conduct Management Review meetings.

Perform gap analyses, review audit results, and identify root causes to determine and implement corrective actions/preventive actions (CAR/PAR).

Provide support for the H/W and Manufacturing processes and metrics for quality dashboards and audits.

Ensure that the Quality cross functional team initiatives for various organizations is implemented.
