Software QA Manager

Responsibilities

· Leadership for the planning, test execution, and day to day activities of a SQA team

· Take ownership and pride in the quality of the products

· Work with software development team to provide holistic verification coverage

· Creates and executes automated test scripts using testing software programs

· Establish standards and procedures for program design and testing

· Coach and develop the team members to ensure continued improvement

· Coordinate testing by third parties

· Respond to customer issues involving SW quality

Qualifications

· BS Computer Science, Computer Engineering or Electrical Engineering

· 5 years of related experience

· 2 years of management experience or supervisory equivalent

· Hands on manager who gets into the details and will challenge and drive the team
