QA Analyst, Sr-Web Tester

*Perform system testing, including new functionality and regression testing.

*Participate in assigned projects, including project meetings, work product reviews, providing work breakdown structures and status to manager and project managers.

*Develop test plans documenting the testing for functionality that is changing and the system regression testing that will be performed.

*Create new scripts when necessary and modify existing test scripts for the application changes.

*Troubleshoot software testing issues and provide detailed documentation of defects to the developers.

*Document test results.

REQUIREMENTS:

*Experience of 3+ years in developing test plans, test scripts and documenting test results.

*Demonstrated ability to manage and prioritize multiple assignments in a fast paced environment.

*Good Exposure to Manual Testing of Web Applications.

*Experience w/a variety of technologies, including but not limited to Oracle database, Web Automation tools, web servers (Jboss, WebLogic, etc.). XML and Web Services, and working knowledge of Unix is desirable, and experience working with Tandem systems is a plus.

*Able to create & modify simple and complex SQL Scripts.

*Understanding of EFT terminology preferred.

*Testing Experience in a banking / payment / financial industry.

*Excellent problem solving and decision making skills.

*Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

*Strong interpersonal skills in listening, negotiating, influencing, problem resolution.

*Bachelor degree, and minimum of three years testing experience.
