Sr Test Engineer - network security/windows

* Design, development, execution, and automation of complex test scenarios for network security and web-based malware detection solutions * Deployment topology and use case scenarios * Competitive benchmarks * Performance and stress testing * Identify potential product issues and defects and champion their successful resolution * Demonstrate significant ownership and contribution to the overall quality of the product suites * 5+ years of solid experience in network software QA * Thorough understanding of software QA testing and methodology * Strong problem solving, troubleshooting, & analysis skills * Strong Windows testing at the OS-level. * Windows skills at the level of an System Administrator * Test automation design & development using PERL or other appropriate language,... The candidate should be able to write sophisticated tools from scratch, and not merely modify existing tools * Prior working knowledge of malware, and Windows shell scripting, is a plus * Experience in TCP/IP networking * Excellent written & verbal communication skills * Highly motivated and looking for significant challenge * BS/MS in computer science or equivalent experience
