Software QA Engineer

RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Identify, track and follow through to ensure bugs are corrected

* Debug products through development, application and maintaining quality standards

* Develop, modify, and execute software test plans

* Test feeds, databases and APIs

* Review and analyzes data quality and integrity

* Develop and maintain automated tests

* Analyze and write test standards and procedures

* Consult with development engineers in resolution of problems

* Provide production support in case of emergencies

* Maintain documentation of test results to assist in debugging and modification of software

* Review consumer feedback and identify and report issues

* Balance multiple projects and priorities

QUALIFICATION:

* Bachelor's degree or equivalent

* Minimum 3 years directly related experience

* Working knowledge of Linux, MySQL, SQL, JAVA, SVN, XML/JSON and other programming languages / databases

* Working knowledge of J-Meter, J-Unit and other test automation tools

* Familiarity with standard bug tracking tools (JIRA, Rally)

* Experience working in Agile environment

* Strong communication skills including ability to work with product and business leads and other non- technical resources
