Test Engineer

Install, remove and analyze electrical tests.

Prepare professional engineering Test Reports.

Design / development of electrical testing systems and fixtures. Maintain, calibrate and set-up testing equipment.

Maintain records and files to support tests, equipment and instrumentation.

Maintain proper communications, administration, discipline and other day to day procedures.

Develop record and maintain proper work instructions for lab in order to maintain ISO9001 certification.

Must continuously maintain the highest degree of customer service, throughput, quality, cost reduction and people productivity.

Ability to perform failure analysis of electrical components such as inverters sensors and other electrical systems.

- Set-up, run and inspect engineering design validation tests.

-BS Degree in Electrical Engineering or an equivalent engineering discipline. Equivalent experience in related position of field will be considered.

-High degree of electrical aptitude, including reading electrical schematics.

-3 to 5 years experience with testing procedures, troubleshooting, equipment and requirements of electrical devices using digital volt meters and oscilloscopes etc. is required.

- High level computer skills are required include Word, Excel and Visual Basic. Must be familiar with data acquisition software and components. Ability to quickly learn new software packages is required. - Must have experience with wiring / repairing electrical systems using crimpers, cables, soldering iron etc. -Proven written and verbal communication skills
